She is licensed in Michigan, but found an agent for us to work with in South Carolina. Heidi is willing to go above and beyond to help her clients in either finding their home or selling their home. She's kind, considerate, and welcomed any and all questions I had during the buying process. We had a MN to MI move, so there was a lot of timing related issues at hand, that she handled with ease. Most of our communication took place via text messages (which I loved!), emails, and phone calls. It's sometimes difficult for people to express themself without being in-person, but I knew that Heidi had the expertise and upbeat personality to make this an enjoyable process! Five stars all around!

She was an expert at marketing my home and I felt that we obtained the best possible outcome in her capable hands. From our first communication she was responsive, very easy to talk to, let me ask questions, and gave good advice when things felt they weren’t coming together as I was expecting. Together we were able to get a good deal on an adorable home in the area I desired. I highly recommend working with Heidi if you’re looking for a new home.

But in working with her, she was willing to go above and beyond what a normal agent might do. She went on video walk-throughs for us as we live out of state; she called to ask questions about multiple different properties for us. She always kept us in the loop, followed up on everything, and she has always been top notch at communicating with us. Even after the sale she calls to check in on us and make sure we’re doing well and see if we need any help regarding our new property. She truly has her buyer’s best interest at heart. She never acted annoyed or inconvenienced by my many questions, telephone calls, and text messages. I feel so blessed that we found her as a realtor. My husband and I have bought and sold many properties, and Heidi is truly a gem of an agent. You absolutely can’t go wrong working with her.
